About CranioSacral Therapy
Few body structures have more influence over your health and well-being than your central nervous system. And few body systems have more impact on your central nervous system than the craniosacral system - the soft tissues and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord.

You endure stresses and strains, and your body absorbs them. But your body can only handle so much tension before the tissues begin to tighten and potentially affect the brain, spinal cord and organs. CST releases those tensions to allow the entire body to relax and self-correct.

Tai Chi Balance Training
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese exercise and martial art consisting of slow, relaxed movements for total self-development. It improves circulation, balance, and helps to relax and strengthen the nervous system. The stretching movements make the body limber, tone up muscles, and help to release tension. Rusty has been teaching Tai Chi since 1996. He was at the Vanderbilt Dayani Center for over 10 years. While there, he developed a balance training curriculum for clients recovering from strokes, automobile accidents, and other compromising situations. He can easily adapt the Tai Chi principles to the range of motion and ability of the client to help improve balance, reduce risks of falling, and strengthen the body.
